Great News!

Will they work on a 320?  Is the length adjustable? What is the diameter? What
is the weight?  Is the "stiffness" adjustable (320s' can (and do) weigh more
than 235s)?
Are they pretty, useful or pretty useful?

If they meet my needs, I would order a set.  I can write off the cost because
it lowers my dental repair bills and, after a long taxi, I will still be able
to see over the panel since my spine won't be compressed.
