Anything to reduce the labor involved in my repair.. Be happy to pay the freight. Also you mentioned that you scarfed a "new" cap with a 12 inch overlap. I had assumed that you had "glued" the broken off piece back on, then added an 8-bid reinforcement. However, when I read your email again, I could read that the entire spar cap was replaced starting at the inside wing rib. Can you clarify? From your photos, it looks like you used glass for the repair but in you email, you mention a carbon fiber spar cap. Could you also clarify this for me? Appreciate all the help I can get.
