My exhaust is a Snowline exhaust from Lancair, and it has worked fine with no cracks after 325 hrs of operation (standard build 360). I have the pipes supported to the back of the engine. If your pipes are unsupported or supported to something off the engine, maybe that is your problem. I have seen pipes that are supported to the firewall -- I don't think that is a good idea, even if you use a rubber coupling.
