I couldn't agree more with Jeff.I'd get a second opinion.  To think that
LOP operation could have caused this just seems crazy to me..I don't
think LOP caused any damage (how could running cooler cause damage..and
your comment about not enough lead to lubricate is an OWT in my
opinion), and therefore, I'm really wondering if there actually is any
damage.  Hopefully George will chime in here and give his take.  Jim,
honestly, I'd get someone else to look at it.  I just can't believe LOP
could cause what you are suggesting..quite the opposite.LOP is likely
the only way to get your TSIO to run past a few hundred hours.
