The stub wing skins are not installed, so I'm temporarily installing the inner gear door sequence valves along the cockpit closeout rib. My plan is to watch the gear come up and reach its final position, then reach in and push the sequence valve with my finger and watch the doors close (one at a time). The nose gear is in final configuration, i.e., the sequence valve will be activated by the phenolic doofer on the tab on the chrome thing that rotates (sorry, it's late at night). Has anyone pushed a sequence valve by hand? It's real easy when there's no fluid in the system, but what about at 1200 psi? And, yes, I'll make sure my hands are well clear of anything that can move.
