I see that the prices are all over the map in that Trade A Plane list. To add to this, while I was at the BBQ flyin I heard that a IV-P Cont. recently sold for $495K and a IV-PT recently sold for $750K. These were very nice airplanes and I think both had air-conditioning plus.
Mine, however, is NOT for sale. I'm still having a ball.
