The website is http://techreports.larc.nasa.gov/ltrs/1981-cit.html and it is the 7th docment on this web page. Pages 1 to 14 of this report provide most of the design, test and dicussion of test results. There are over 100 pages of graphs showing test results. As my LNC 360 is 25% I was only interested the airfoil profile of the wing, ailerons and flaps, The need for turbulator tape is is many months away.
