Lancair IV & ES Tuned Exhaust System
Here are a few photos of the Lancair ES Tuned Exhaust System package that is now available through Lancair at the introductory offer of $3,000. Yours will also be chrome ceramic coated as shown, to prevent excess heat from radiating through the engine compartment and will greatly enhance the looks and performance of your aircraft. Package includes heat muff, exhaust hangars, gaskets and nuts for complete installation. You supply the airplane, drill the holes for EGT's and install. We have found our test subject and would like to thank Legacy owner Rick Schrameck of Las Vegas for working with us. We're excited to report that only a few minor fitting changes are needed. First we will compact the system a bit more giving air plenty of room to circulate resulting in a cooler cowling. The other modification will require a repositioning of the merge collector pushing the exhaust gases farther away from your belly keeping it cleaner.
