   On my ES, I got some spring loaded push pins from the McMaster Carr Catalog, along with some stainless steel D-rings.  I bored out the D-ring a bit to fit the pins and hysoled them into the ring.  Now rather than screwing in the rings, I just insert the push pins.  As long as you drill out the top end of the tie down receptacle so the pins can stick through about 1/2", they work great.  They're very sturdy and rock solid in the receptacles.
   Next time I go to the airport I'll take a couple of pictures and post them.
