"Rocket Tape" was devised by 3M and copied by many others. This stuff is aluminum foil over fiberglass tape with silicone adhesive. Another name (and common use) for the stuff is "Plasma Flame Spray Masking Tape". It is available in 18" widths or slit smaller from Fralock (818) 709-1288 as Fluorglas 2925-7 (or 3M #363, Mystik #7455, Permacel #P-100, DeWal #409, T&F #6005).
