When installing the cowling a good way to allow for engine sagging is to
put large washers between the engine block and the top vibration
dampeners.  When your engine sags the usual 1/4" to 3/8", you can pull
out the washers and raise the engine back up.  You'll still be able to
put washers in the bottom or shim the engine mount if you need yet more
adjustment.  I didn't get the compression set in the vibration dampeners
until I ran the engine.
