I have used Denis (Sandy) Friesner in the past for static and dynamic testing. Sandy is a retired Skunk Works engineer who does good work for a reasonable price. He was ancient when I used him about 8 years ago for some airborne flutter testing, so he's probably not too active anymore. His son probably still has the business going, though. They have a contract with Universal City, among others, to monitor the health of the various rides. They instrument the rides and look for changes over time. Anyhow, they're located at 12455 Branford Street, Suite 14, Arieta, CA 91331. Phone is (818) 899-9201. Like I say, it's been some time since I spoke with them. If they don't answer, I'll ask around for some others. Best, Naf Paul Nafziger LNC2 N7PN
