I would suggest mounting the VOR antenna (or returning it for a refund) and plan on buying the latest handheld GPS no sooner than one week before you absolutely need it. Just plan a location on your panel for it and wait for more features and a lower price. The handhelds offer more features for less $$ since they are not TSOed- - - - been flying with a Garmin 195 for 3 years. Steve
