Gascolator access.

Another idea.  If you can attach a tube to the bottom of the gascolator,
extend it to a near outboard location, attach a petcock to it and mount that
petcock to a hardpoint with an appropriately sized adel clamp.  There is no
reason why the gascolator must be moved.  Just move the petcock.
