I agree with Jim,

I too have the tip tanks on the 360, with remote pump and valving to fill up
from the mains and header tank. 53 gallons total.  What for?  crossing large
water bodies which to date have not been accomplished.  Thus, while the
system has been tested during the fly off period; it hs never been used in
normal use.  Why carry an extra toen gallons of fuel weighing 65 lbs  that
you never use?   43 gallons of fuel is plenty of fuel for traveling around
the country.

Forget it and get into the air 100 hours earlier.
