Jeff, I think doing this is far more touble than its value. You have
multiple problems to which there are no good menthods of achieving.
The filler hole is not a problem that can't be over come neither is the vent
line. But the pass throughs are another problem all together. Some method of
ensuring the tubes are sealed inside the existing tanks must be employed.
Frankly I don't think you can do it without removing some of the existing
tank skin. It's possible alright but not worth the effort. Not much is
gained in the extension tanks. Maybe 45 minutes fuel? Also the aileron
bellcrank bolts inside the outer bay must be made fuel proof.
For my money ... this kit is difficult enough to complete without making
more difficult changes. Forget the outer bays for fuel and get on with
finishing. Stop earlier, pee. Make sure your header tank is as big as it can
be. Don't forget there's life after building .. flying. Press on.

extend the wing tanks. Unfortnately, the wings are already
closed, with tank sealer applied.<<<
