Dave,
I am convinced when you say you can now maintain that elusive 2000fpm climb
rate. I trust this is not a transient but a sustainable cruise climb.
It is amazing that prop performance can increase by such a large percentage.
I would love to know what Hartzell did to find this blade design. I suspect
the computational fluid dynamics guys are having a ball with a new
semi-super computer and some wonderful algorithims/programs.
You are one lucky fellow to have that prop!
