With regard to the bottom antenna installation which requires a 22"+ dia ground plane, Ryan has suggested that a suitable ground plane could be created on the exterior by painting the surface with conducting paint. After the antenna is mounted to the conducting painted surface, the conducting paint could then be sprayed with whatever final color is selected. Is there anyone here in the group that is familiar with conducting paint and could you perhaps suggest a specific brand???
