Dear Rick,

You are correct Rick that the Duke crashed last week on Wednesday night in
IFR conditions with the loss of two of our own.  Rather than wait for the
NTSB report that will reveal the details of the accident, and rather than
wait for their bodies to be cold, you took it upon yourself to make an
inaccurate and self interested posting.  Thank you for doing so in a public
forum.  Such postings are called slander and for those of you who are
lawyers, you know the financial consequences to individuals who make such
unsupported statements that lead to the financial demise of a company.  You
will be held accountable.  Please provide your address so the lawyer will
know where to go.

There is more to this story and when the NTSB issues its preliminary report,
I will talk about it.
