Mine bagan to do this several weeks ago when turned on. UPS asked me to send the unit back to them and in due course, it was returned to me today. Apparently they spent 2hrs servicing the unit, were "unable to confirm stated complaint". They resoldered a number of items as a precaution, then bench and thermal tested the unit and spent 1/2hr performing an FAA airworthy inspection. Angier Ames
