See the LML site for pictures posted 10/99 on my LNC2 flap indicator
installation (under LML Attachments -- Instrument Panels & Controls).
The Mac Position indicator (long throw model) is driven off the flap
actuating arm. The LED indicator is mounted in the landing scan (right
beside the Airspeed), is visible day & night, system installed weight is
about 5ozs, it has worked flawlessly for 500+ hours, and is reasonably
priced. Each bar on the LED display almost exactly corresponds with
5degrees of flaps.
It has been one of my better additions, especially in night/IFR
conditions.
