> I have our builder's log in a Microsoft Access relational database.
One of the free lml services is an online builder's log. This lets one
upload huge photos and put descriptions under each thumbnail. it
automatically makes intermediate views, manages comments and provides a
search engine. One can "hide" albums so only those with your pass word
can view it, but my hopes are you would let others see your work.
As always one can post images directly to lml@lancaironline.net via
email to protect your intellectual property (prior art) on any original
design, (viewable in http://lancaironline.net/lists/lml/ ) but the
online builder's log lets YOU control exactly what's "on the web",
provides a dated logbook, and lets others see how you solved a problem.
heck, if enough people use it, a search for "cap strips" might be useful.

If you would like to use this free tool to manage your builder's
logbook, email rob@logan.com your requested username and passwd and any
photo so when he makes the album there is something in it :-)
