I do not have a break down of the seats but Brian can walk you through it. The actual seat frame is not thicker than the ones provided from Lancair. 6'3 shouldn't be a problem if it's all legs. Brian may have to cut out some of the foam and replace it with tempra foam, no biggie. You can cheat to get more height by going 1/2" lower than what Lancair calls for on the seat supports. But you have to make the aileron push pull tube 1/2" lower at the bell cranks. I found that if you remove the subflooring from underneath the pilot and copilot seat you can gain more leg room. The subflooring is actaully non structrual and you do not have to have them. From the seat supports to the roof I have 39" and it feels pretty good.
