The Jeffco 1307 is suppose to have a HDT (heat distortion temperature) of 190 degrees F. (note the glass transition temp will always be a bit higher). However there are a lot of much higher performance epoxies that have HDT's much higher. One formulator I use also does work for Boaing and is currently working on resins for RTM (resin transfer molding) on the Sonic Cruiser. He now has some epoxies that are good to 210 degrees C. I also suspect you are right about the prepregs being good to 240 F. As a generalization, the cure temp in the oven is indicative of the final HDT but not absolutely so. The stuff Lancair uses is cured at 240 F so it is likely that the HDT is around there.
