This is the way it's been in recent years.  The start point is overhead the
Lancair Facility near the end of Rwy 10 at RDM.  First pylon is Prineville
Airport S39, second is City County Airport (S33) at Madras, then back again
to Lancair for the finish.

As wiser heads have said before, "Go fast, turn left".
