That's the locations that I had pretty much settled on too. 1/8" or maybe 3/16" hole on the inboard edge closeouts. I'm most concerned about water accumulation in the trim tab bay due to the control arm hole in the upper elevator skin. I'll probably put another drain hole in the rear spar near the lower skin to drain that bay.
