Is it Bill Hayes or Calvin Watrich? In either event, I disagree entirely with Mr. Hayes/Watrich's observation and opinion of Kirk's assessment of BMA and encourage Kirk to continue with his stated intentions of really testing the BMA equipment WHEN BMA DELIVERS IT TO LANCAIR, as promised. Also, I suggest that Mr. Hayes/Watrich re-read Kirk's letter; possibly he/they will see, upon reflection, how truly fair Kirk's letter is and possibly, he/they will see that Kirk's intent is to promote safety when we venture into IMC. When comparing my safety and that of my passengers to Hayes/Watrich's Prime Directive, I would expect we all know exactly where he can shove his Prime Directive first. Mr. Hayes and/or Mr. Watrich, I am offended by your poorly-proofed, insulting and misinformed letter.
