We are thinking about buying a finished Lancair 235 from a builder for our
flying club.

Are there any 235 flying in a club and how much training would be necesary
for the average C172/182 driver?
We have a really wide variety of flying skills in our club...

How many runway length is needed for the beginner and how much for the
expert? Is a gras runway impossible?
The 235 has a 3blade adjustable mt prop.

This 235 has non adjustable rudder padels at the left. We need adjustable
left and right. Has anybody already done this modification?

How big are the improvements  TK-5 air oil damper compared with the standard
gear?

Are there any possibilty's for increasing the head room (lowering the seat
position for large people?

Thank you for your patience
