Exactly what I'm looking for!
I could switch back and forth at will, but I'd likely always takeoff,
land (and roll) right handed.  I think I'll follow the example of your
hangar partner.  Did he replicate the prop and mixture controls or
just the throttle?  As the only time I would really care about flying
right-handed I'd have already set the prop and mixture it would seem
that I'd only really *need* a second throttle.
