I am putting a second set of wheels on my plane. I am also really concerned about the single rod running from the control stick to the elevator. I think that I will also put a second one of these in. I am not quite as sure about the fuel system. I have 3 electric pumps, 1 mechanical pump and gravity should be enough to feed from the header. Should I have any more pumps? Any help would be appreciated. NonSincerely, Lorn Back to reality. In my experience, the more things that I see put into an airplane, the more things that I see are allowed to be let go when they are in marginal condition. I fly with systems and backup systems. When something is not working just right, I get it fixed. But I don't put backups on backups or backups on backups on backups. The more that you add, the more that will go wrong. I remember flying my Comanche with 13 radios when the fan belt broke. So much for all of the electrics, but I still had time to land and fix the problem. You know that there was a time, not to long ago, when planes were flown without horizons. Why do we need 2 or 3 of them today? Sincerely, Lorn -- Lorn H.
