I will be putting the Aero Composites prop on my
Eagle 540 L-IV-P. It is proving to be a major improvement over the MT, which is
better than the McCauley. It is also much lighter. (7#/blade, 3 blades vs
12#/blade, 4 or 5 blades for MT and 12#/blade for McCauley).
One of you suggested that the engine was too big in
the front. So look at Rick van Grouw's airplane with the Eagle.
That doesn't look too big to me. (He has the MT
5-blade prop.)
