I find that talking often produces the necessary hot air.

My friend Arnie (360) has sucessfully used a radio shack brushless "computer"
fan, mounted in the panel "dustcover", to provide "cabin warm" air to defrost
the window and remove any leftover cheddar cheese (He is in Wisconsin).  He
has not had any noise problems from the fan.
