MIKE,IF I WERE TO LOOK AT THE PUMP WHAT WOULD THE SPOOL VALVE LOOK LIKE AND HOW WOULD I KNOW IF IT WAS BACKWARDS I SEEM TO BE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM

My pump was one of the hydraulic pumps with the spool valve installed  backwards. Many thanks to Chris Zavatson for helping me fix this  problem.
