KCI has been working on the LIV-LOCK fasteners for several weeks and here is the results.
There is not much we can do for the immediate future. The distributor are locked in on their prices. Even if I was to purchase a larger quantity there would not be much savings.
The good news is that Fairchild will sell direct to KCI.
Our sell price for a set would be $20.25
The down size is I have to purchase 2,500 each and 18 week lead time.
I would need to hear from the builders if this will work for them before we decide to carry these items. KCI is cautious about purchasing items that will remain on the self and not turn especially when the cost to stock is $40k.
