The diagram didn't come thru.

Thats where my diodes and fuse are, right at the relays.  Your comments about
difficulty with the relays (in the 320) at 5-amps may have been caused by
their being "cooked" somewhat before you even got the plane, ergo they take
even more juice to be pulled in.  You are absolutely correct to not put
anything else on your electraulics circuits.  Also, remember that the
fuse/breaker is there to protect the wires, not the device.  Make sure the
wire doesn't become the "fuse".
