My charging voltage normally reads 13.5-14.5v. I have always experienced a noticeable power surge, especially at night, with lighting on the panel as well as landing lights. The pulsing seems to go away in the panel lights when I use the dimmers to reduce the lighting intensity. However, even when the panel lights are not surging, the landing lights are. Is this something that is normal? Is my regulator set too high? What voltage should I see when all is normal? Additionally, I see an increase in voltage during cold weather (sometimes to 15v). Any input would be appreciated.
