Can anyone tell me the correct procedure for leaning an IO360 when you are operating above 75% power? If you want to run 150 deg. rich of peak, then you must spend a couple of minutes running closer, and even at the peak, as you are locating the peak. Is that a problem, or is that the normal procedure. For example, those of you who fly in the races -- you are operating at above 75%, right? -- how do you lean your engines. Thanks.
