Open the emergency gear valve thus crossconnecting the lines and taking
pressure switches out of the operation.  The pump should be able to pump
fluid thru the lines.  Keep checking the reservoir because it will take quite
some fluid to fill all the actuators.  If this doesn't work, check the
wiring.
