This is not quite true.... the AC literature shows and states under "Blade Construction" that: "The ACI "All-Composite" [is a] carbon and fiberglass hybrid in tough epoxy resin matrix over a pre-cured molded foam core." The rest is true.... they're amazing propellers. For the weight conscious they claim the lowest weight per blade when compared to an equivalent blade length from any manufacturer. A given blade of theirs weighs 7 pounds, vs 14 for an AL equivalent, 8.4 for a Hartzell kevlar, or 9.5 for an MT woodcore.
