I must sadly echo Jack's sentiment regarding UPS.  I've received acouple of
things in just the last few months (one of which was for my airplane) that
arrived with the boxes seriously mangled and contents so badly damaged that
they needed to have claims filed for replacement.  What amazes me is that
the drivers are perfectly willing to leave these things on my doorstep and
drive off.  It's never happened with FedEx.
