A layer of glass between the carbon and aluminum should help. Also try
sealing any fasteners that are common to both the Aluminum and Carbon with B2
sealant. This is some kind of black, rubbery goop used to create air/fuel
tight joints in commercial aircraft structures. I think it is the same stuff
the RV guys use to seal the aluminum wing tanks.
