Yes, Randy, I built my own little stall warning device.  It works OK, except
that it does not shut off after you have landed until you slow down to about
30 to 40 MPH or raise the flaps.  Some pictures of my device are attached.
It is installed in the leading edge of the wing at the BL50-BL51 junction,
between the two ribs.
The tab is spring loaded and is mechanically linked to a micro switch.  I
can provide more information on the  electrical/audio/visual alarm circuits
if you want it.
