    Several month ago there was a statement here that the Annual Condition Report had to be done every 12 month whether or not it had down time and the Report was not signed off until after several months on inactivity.
    My understanding had been that if you didn't fly after the end of the 12 months, you could wait until the annual was completed, sign it off and fly 12 months from then.
    Norm at EAA and Rodney at AOPA agree.  Is there any regulation that the three of us are unaware of?
