Matt, static wicks and grounding won't work on the e-glass 360s. If you have a carbon version, that's different of course. My experience (related here some time ago) is that static is a problem in WLS primer and in snow. I had the same problem Scott K had (noise in the headsets, auto pilot kicking off, even the VMS 1000 EC unit displaying garbage, noise on the strikefinder, etc.) Since I've painted the airplane, I've had similar trouble in moisture laden clouds and rain (the AP kicked off). This is the S-TEC 50 unit. I've only had one problem with the radios, a dead spot over central Pennsylvania where Center can hear me, but I cannot hear them. I attribute this to a weak transmitter on their part (wishful thinking?).
Anyway, keep a close eye on that AP when in clouds, rain, snow. The two times is went off line for me, the plane was trimmed and I did not feel it with the usual cloud bumps.
