With aplogies to Curtis, I wouldn't do any more work than necessary.  Try
heat first.  If that doesn't work, recognize that you can still make the
plane fly straight by rigging the flaps appropriately.  You can also park
with the flaps down so nobody notices the twist.  Don't tear apart a
functional part unless absolutely necessary.

Of course, if you're trying to build a Grand Champion aircraft, Curtis may be
right.  But if your target is just a safe, good-flying airplane, I think you
already have one.
