Ed de Chazal is right - for the LNC2 at least.
Just inboard of the wing split-line has a lot going for it. One: it's
where the factory specifies. Two: it's easy to get at to plumb when the
wing is off. Three: said plumbing need not be disturbed should the wing
ever need to come off. Four: it works.
