Related to Matt's gear problem on his LNC2, I recently had a problem

terminal interfaces. There were no other problems noted with the
linkages or hydraulic functioning. These microswitches are all exposed
and not waterproof and this kind of false indication is not what one
needs. Has anyone else experienced this and have recommendations to
prevent?
I had the same problem on my left main. I changed the micro switch($1.95) and had the gear readjusted.
