A. You can't! There is no interconnect between the rudder pedals, so the
cables are slack if your feet are not pushing on them.

My L-IV has spur gears between the R and L bars so as to interconnect them.
The tension is set by the SWAG technique (Scientific Wild-Assed Guess.)
