It is clear that the IO550 equipped ES has a forward CG challenge. Empty planes show anything from 0 to 1" forward of the forward CG limit. My plane is not yet flying, however, I've taken some steps to alleviate this problem. I'm using an MT prop (around 18# lighter than the Hartzell) and moved the battery as far back as makes sense. I hope to weigh the plane in the next month or so, I'll post the results when I have them.
