The keys to it are building per the plans and using lag screws (approx 1/2 dia by 4" long) to secure the main structure. The wing rests on a dozen 1/2in plywood cradles that sit on the main structure. This way you can shim those as needed. My first attempt at the jig involved wood screws -- woefully inadequate.
